Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

It always cheers the Hawk up to hear there are people like Alan and Diane Watt. After a visit to Poland in 1995, they began to raise funds for the Christian Foundation to Help Orphans and Abandoned Children. The Cardiff couple, with help from vehicle rental and contract hire sue nialist TLS , are now planning a mission to Poland to help rebuild and furnish an orphanage near Konskie. They are pictured here with TLS area sales manager Jarred Higgs. The company is providing three box vans for Alan and Diane to take construction materials to the orphanage— and the Watts arc looking for companies to donate building materials and furnishings.

"When the orphanage is finished", says Alan, "It will house several families who will 'adopt' orphans and bring them up in a far better atmosphere than the state orphanages can provide, as well as a summer camp for disabled children."

Alan and Diane are very grateful to the drivers who have volunteered for the trip— anyone wishing to make a donation can contact them on 01222 824599 or 01443 225634. In case you were wondering, what you are looking at is not a mutation brought about as a result of the side effects of the Millennium Bug. No, you are in fact appreciating modern art. The "Tree of Lights" sculpture was commissioned by the former London Docklands Development Corporation.

it is made up of almost 70 sets of three-aspect lights and is planted in the middle of West Ferry Circus in Canary Wharf.

In such a prominent position it really is unmissable but, in common with your genuine traffic lights, there will always be some drivers who will pay no attention whatsoever!
