PRODUCED in widths of 24 in. and 36 in., Quickstruct shelving has a height of 7 ft. and is 1 ft. 6 in. deep, the hook-on shelves being adjustable to 2 in. centres. Wire mesh panels are fitted at the back of the shelving and are available for the ends.
Other types of adjustable steel shelving cover a wide range of units and include six standard assemblies with angle-post heights of 39 in. to 125 in. and shelf depths of 12 in. to 36 in., the shelves being of the hook-on type, adjustable to 2 in. centres. Accessories include sheet backs and sides, shelf dividers and drawers, bin fronts, card holders and doors. Shelves are available in plain single-reinforced and double-reinforced forms, the maximum safe distributed load being 1,750 lb., which applies to a double-reinforced 24 in. by 24 in. shelf.
The company's cantilever shelving has no intermediate shelving uprights, and provides increased storage space per unit floor area. The bay width is 3 ft. and units are available in heights of 6 ft. 2.25 in., 7 ft. 2.25 in. and 8 ft. 2.25 in., and with shelf depths of 12 in., 18 in. and 24 in. A clearway shelf area is provided over the entire five bays of a stack built to the maximum length of 15 ft.
Other products include structures based on slotted angle, lockers and cupboards, office and works partitioning, steel flooring, special component racks, sheet and bar racks, tool stands and racks, work pans and racks and pallet racking.
