r%4IANCHESTER Corporation's general manager from 1946 until retirement in 1965, Mr. A. F. Neal has been appointed by the Minister of Transport as adviser on bus management and operation. He is 65. A past chairman of the AMTM and past president of tile MPTA, he is known as an exponent of reserved bus lanes, surburban express services and the integration of public transport and town planning.
