Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MEMBERS of the Bus Crews Association, a breakaway group of Glasgow busmen from the TGWU, are to hold a demonstration march tomorrow (March 19). It is in protest against Glasgow Corporation's policy of stipulating membership of the TGWU for its bus workers.

One of the organizers, trolleybus driver Mr. James Scott, sacked because he left the TGWU to form the Association, said the march would be from the City Chambers to the Transport depot's headquarters in Bath Street, where the men would hand in their TGWU membership cards.

The Association has protested to Glasgow's transport manager regarding Mr. Scott's dismissal.
