THE Institute of Transport invites applications 1for the following:—

£1,000 CMUA Road Transport Research Fellowship. One Fellowship of value up to £1,000 to enable a British subject, over 30 years of age and engaged in road transport. to examine road transport arrangements abroad and to report thereon for the information of those engaged in road transport in the United Kingdom.

£500 Henry Spurrier Awards. For the encouragement of study and research in subjects connected with road transport. Awards up to £500 for full-time study, travel, research and part-time study.

f300 Sir William Chamberlain Awards. These are restricted to applicants engaged or intending to be engaged in road transport in Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumberland, or Westmorland. For the encouragement of study and research in subjects connected with road transport. Awards up to £300 for full-time study, travel, research and part-time study.
