• ICI Paints has signed a fiveyear deal with Transport Development Group's Glasgow-based contract services specialist McKelvie for the distribution of products to North-East England and the Midlands.

McKelvie already handles ICI's distribution operations into Scotland and the North-West England with 41 dedicated vehicles.

Harris Distribution, part of TDG's distribution division, has won the operating contract to run Cadbury's new £.17m national seasonal products warehouse to be built at Mid-Point Park, Minworth, near Birmingham, expected to be operational by the end of 1993.
