Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Serious traffic flow problems are arising in Felixstowe due to an influx of new hauliers using the port, says the Road Haulage Association.

The RHA hopes that the problems can be alleviated by a new publicity drive on local information in conjunction with the Port of Felixstowe.

The problems follow 18 months of marketing by the port authority, which has attracted new shipping companies but has also brought in new drivers unfamiliar with local routes.

Chris Wright, manager of the RHA Eastern District, describes local routes as "highly complex and confusing for new hauliers".

Wright adds that drivers often do not realise the problems they will encounter in a port as large as Felixstowe, and should be made aware that the RHA can provide them with necessary help.
