• In its response to the Department of Transport on the fitting of speed limiters on buses and coaches, the Freight Transport Association says that there is no justification for extending the fitment of limiters to heavy goods vehicles, particularly because of the different speed limits and traffic rules that apply to HGVs on motorways.
