Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Ford is to offer high-roof motor panels conversions as a special vehicle order on its Escort and Transit vans.

The glass-reinforced plastic high roof on the Escort will raise the internal load volume by 0.4m3 to 2.66m3, while the overall height of the van goes up by 280mm and the rear door height is raised to by 200mm. Price for the conversion will be £550.

All long-wheelbase Transits will now be available with an optional GRP high roof, which increases the van's internal loading height from 1,328mm to 1,870inm. Door extensions, which increase the door height from 1,264mm to 1,790mm, will be optional.

Short-wheelbase Transits will be offered with similar options from September. The LWB conversion costs £517, or 2.417 for the roof only. Both SVO options can be ordered through Ford dealers.
