A DECISION is imminent on the future of vehicle conversion specialists County Commercial Cars, of Fleet, Hampshire.
Negotiations which began last Friday have reached an important stage between the receiver's office and several parties interested in taking over the company, which makes 4x4 tractors and converts Ford Transits to four-wheel-drive.
Since the Receivers were first called in on February 3 business has picked up, but despite this 111 employees have been made temporarily redundant, although it is hoped that the new owner will re-engage most of the workforce.
