MIDLAND RED Omnibus, the National Bus Company's regional engineering company, has promoted Roger Harman to the new position of customer liaison officer based at its Carlyle Works.
Since September 1981 Mr Harman has been engineer to Midland Red South and East. He joined Midland Red in 1952.
