NICKELPLAN UMM UK, of Ely Cambridgeshire, is a new company that has been set up to import a French designed but Portuguese built range of light 4x4 vehicles.
The three-vehicle range includes a station wagon, a hard top and a pick-up with a canvas tilt.
UMM vehicles, once sold in the UK as Cournils, are powered by a 2.3-litre Peugeot 494 diesel engine matched to a BorgWarner gearbox with high and low ratio ranges.
Priced from £6,250 to £6,800 plus £540 car tax on station wagon models the vehicles offer a maximum payload of 1,050kg.
