PLANS for the M66 MiddletonDenton motorway link will be published about the end of the year, Transport Under-Secretary Lynda Chalker said before the election.
She said a public inquiry would be held and work could start in three years` time. "The M66 link is in the main programme of schemes which we expect to start from 1986 onwards and design work is proceeding."
