Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE bulk grain carrier pictured here is one of four recently supplied to

Russell of Bathgate by Duramin Engineering (Lydney) Ltd. It has a capacity of 20 tons when carrying malted barley and the overall height is restricted to TO ft. 6 in., when a volumetric capacity of 1,330 Cu. ft. is obtained. Greater capacity can be obtained when loading facilities permit a higher vehicle to be used, a 6 in. increase in height affording approximately 134 cu. ft.

The semi-trailer is mounted on a Rubery Owen heavy-duty tandembogie with 22,500 lb. axles and is fitted with three-line air brakes with Westinghouse double-diaphragm wheel cylinders. Loading is by roof hatches and discharge is by gravity through three underfloor outlets. The body is fully hoppered. Steel mudflaps with rubber extensions are provided, and the unit is fitted with Duramin light alloy landing gear.
