Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

N a number of cases the French A authorities are refusing permits for British semi-trailers destined for Spain via Antwerp. It is understood that this Anglo-Belgian traffic is objected to as coming under the category of "traffic t riangulaire ".

The problem is being raised in Paris by the RHA but it is likely that the French attitude will be that such semitrailers should enter France through Cherbourg, Le Havre, Dieppe or Dunkirk and be towed to Spain and back by French tractive units.
