NEW company in the north-west, O.B. Transport, Ltd., Whitby, lesmere Port, Cheshire, has added other 23 vehicles and 18 trailers to 10 vehicles and four trailers recently luired. This company, whose lielcs on special A licences now have otal unladen weight of 171i tons, is successor of A. E. Handscombe, J., who operated from the same dress before being taken over by the
