Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Transport, which was placed in liquidation earlier this month after losing its 0-licence, are unlikely to receive any money, the liquidator said.

The West Midlands operator had its 0-licence for three vehicles and six trailers revoked in October 2011 after a Vosa investigation found 1,824kms were missing from tachograph charts.

Vosa traffic examiner Robert Lees discovered nine drivers had committed 13 offences, while six could not be identified because Deep Transport was unable to produce drivers' licences for them.

Despite winning an appeal in February 2012 for a rehearing, the decision remained and liquidator Harjinder Johal of Ashcrofts was appointed on 2 July.

The Wednesbury company's statement of affairs showed that it went into liquidation owing £106,549, including £19,845 to oil and lubricants company CPL Petroleum and £7,193 to HMRC.
