• Mr. J. A. Govvling, Penrith. was granted a B-licence, in an amended form, for three tippers conditioned agricultural lime and fertilizers in Cumberland, Westmorland and South Scotland, and road and building materials within 25 miles for five named customers, by the Northern LA, Mr. J.
