Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AODIFIED version of the Tempo/VI Matador four-wheeled light van have been announced. Formerly, the vehicles have been available in several forms, all powered by the Volkswagen four-cylindered air-cooled four-stroke petrol engine of 1,131 c.c. This drove the front wheels through a gearbox and differential in unit with the engine.

The new models, the Matador 1,000 and the Matador 1,400, are powered by new engines developed especially for the manufacturers, Vidal und Sohn, Hamburg. The smaller model, the 1,000 1-tonner, is now in production with a threeLcylindered 'water-cooled two-stroke engineof 672 c.c. capacity. It produces a maximum power output of 26 b.h.p. at 4,500 r.p.m. It is manufactured by the lb o concern.

The larger model, the 1,400, which can carry a payload of 30 cwt., is identical with the smaller model except in respect of the engine, which is a four-, cylindered water cooled four stroke unit of 1,092 c.c., producing 34 b.h.p. at 3,600 r.p.m. This is manufactured for Videl and Sohn by the Heinkci works in Stuttgart.

The general design of the Matador models remains unchanged, the engine, transmission and radiator being located behind the driver's cab, which is entirely ahead of the front axle. As previously, suspension is by a transverse leaf spring at the front and by coil springs at the rear, the chassis being a tubular backbone design, forking out at the front for the engine and suspension.
