David Bermingham has become business development manger of Ryder Distribution Services' new home delivery and furniture division.
Previously, he was project development manager for Hays Specialist Distribution, and before that an internal consultant for London Carriers.
John Ball has also been appointed divisional director of the new division, having moved across from his position as divisional distribution manager for beverages. He joined Ryder from Ushers Brewery, where he was logistics manager John Stocker has been named director of sales and marketing for Ryder Distribution Services. His role is to manage marketing, research, advertising and public relations.
Howard Rodgers is the new director of operations in charge of logistics services having joined the company 18 months ago as divisional distribution manager.
