Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MI West Yorkshire bodybuilder Customline has been awarded a contract worth £1.2 million to build 112 frontline accident and emergency ambulances for the Scottish Ambulance Service.

The vehicles, Leyland Daf 400 3.5-tonne high-roof vans with rear air suspension, will be converted at Customline's Dewsbury factory.

Customline, which only entered the ambulance sector three years ago, is also building 24 Transit-based frontliners for the services' northern region. This brings its orders for the new year to £1.6 million, and will keep the company's 68-strong workforce busy until October.
