THE Road Haulage Association is considering a debt-collection scheme, which, if supported by a minimum of 50 members, would be, it is claimed, the cheapest in the country. It would

involve an annual payment of Is,, plus Is. for each debt collected, and additions of 5 per cent. on collections up to £10, with 21 per cent. on the balance. The maximum on any one debt would, however, be £1 5s.
