A CALL for tenders for the Supply of 13 trolleybuses has been made by the Ankara Electricity, Gas and Bus Administration. Closing date for submission of tenders is February 18. Specifications, in Turkish, are held by the Board of Trade, Millbank; London, S.W.1. The vehicles required are 32-seaters, with capacity for 80 standing passengers and should be 37 ft. 6 ins, long and 8 ft. wide.
Gerencia Administrativa de U.T.E., Paraguay 2431, Montevideo, Uruguay, requires, by February 20, tenders for the supply of an ambulance. An American type appears to be needed, for the specification calls for a 90100 b.h.p. engine, three-speed gearbox. and a body 6 ft. 6 ins long, ,4 ft. 6 ins. wide and 5 ft. high.
