Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GERMAN psy specialist Vetter of Fell bach has recently completed a number of sightseeing "minitrains" for use by visitors to the Sindelfingen assembly plant of Daimler-Benz.

Vetter has considerable experience in combinations of this type — some years ago the company built several such road trains for sight seeing use over public roads in Strasbourg — and has had to make stringent requirements to allow the new Daimler-Benz units to travel inside the factory.

To provide the tight turning circle necessary to follow the factory route, each of the L 508hauled trailers has drawbaractuated all-wheel steering.

Each of the fully-glazed "trains" may comprise up to three trailers to provide a total capacity of 70 passengers, of whom 16 are carried on the towing minibus.
