Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BATTERY MANUFACTURER Tungstone has introduced a new range of compact commercial vehicle batteries for a wide range of goods vehicles including imported models.

Tested for good cold-starting performance in extreme weather conditions, all the batteries are maintenance free and carry a full two-year guarantee. For severe overcharging caused by an electrical system fault, the batteries have removable vents to allow topping up. The vents are designed to prevent material entering the battery interior and are flush fitting, giving a flat surface at the top of the battery.

Housed in polypropylene containers, each battery has strong carrying handles and minimum corrosion terminals. The batteries are supplied drycharged or wet, with a minimum twelve-month shelf life without a recharge.
