Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VOLVO'S IRVINE plant must be one of Britain's most sparsely populated industrial sites with 450 people spread over 75 acres. The population of six to the acre compares with probably 40 on a council housing estate. Perhaps distance between employees lends enchantment, because Volvo proudly boasts absentee rates of only 2.8 per cent for staff and 5.5 per cent for hourly paid workers. They don't seem to bump into each other either, because nobody has ever been seriously injured on the site. Maybe the sporting activities encouraged by Volvo stimulate alertness.
