Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ALTHOUGH not yet available for the UK market, the Foden 36 tonne (35.4ton) six-wheeler heavy-duty truck is now being produced in quantity for export. The first vehicles are leaving Foden's production line and form part of advance export orders worth £2.4million from the Middle East.

Powered by a turbocharged 14-litre (854cuin) Cummins NTC E290 diesel engine developing 216kW (290bhp), the Fodens will be used as on/off road tippers and plant haulage machines.

Drive to the two Foden 16.3-tonne (16ton) worm drive rear axles is via a 432mm (17in) clutch and eight-speed gearbox.

Both differentials are lockable and the vehicles are said to have a 1 in 4 hill climbing ability.

Motor Panels pressed steel cabs are used for the Fodens and these are fitted with tinted glass, forced ventilation and a big lift up hatch in the roof.
