WE regret to record the deaths of Mr. John Kipps, Mr. Fred Massey and Mr. K. E. Tatlow.

Mr. Kipps, who was chief public relations officer of the Automobile Association, died suddenly over the weekend. He was 42 and had been with the AA for 10 years.

Mr. Massey, who was 65, had been 25 years with British Ropes Ltd., Doncaster. and retired as transport manager in 1962.

Mr. Tatlow served 47 years with Hardy Spicer Ltd_ and retired last May. He was sales director from 1942 until his retirement and continued to serve the company in an advisory capacity until the end of last year.
