UK OPERATORS want the Traffic Commissioners to target foreign hauliers coming into the country, but broadly support the way the TC,s regulate the industry.
According to the latest CM/ Michelin business monitor, 72% of haulage operators believe foreign operators conducting domestic haulage in the UK should hold a UK 0-licence.
One respondent said the TCs should "target the foreign hauliers coming into the country".
