Also called up-and-under lifts, the operating mechanism and platform of a tuck-away lift stow under the rear overhang of the truck or trailer. The platform is folded, either manually or hydraulically. A tuck-away lift is useful where a tail-lift is only occasionally regOred as it do not restrict access to the rear.
