Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

a floor area of 80,000 sq. ft. is expected to double the output of goods-vehicle bodywork produced by Bonallack and Sons, Ltd., Audrey House, Ely Place, London, E.C.I. The factory, which is situated on the Basildon Trading Estate in Essex, was officially opened by the Minister of Transport last Friday.

The new works will replace the company's existing factory in Cable Street, London, but their premises at Forest Gate will be retained as a repairs depot and showroom.

The new works has six individual paint-spray booths, which have been built alongside the main building. Each booth accommodates one vehicle, and is fitted with the latest heating and air

conditioning devices. Vehicles pass through a washing plant before entering the booths.

Manhandling of bodywork is reduced to the minimum, and the assembly area is fitted throughout with power-operated band tools. Power points are conveniently arranged in the area.

A large office block provides an attractive frontage for the works. About 160 people are at present employed, but it is hoped soon to increase this number to more than 300.

The Minister, Mr. A. T. LennoxBoyd, In his opening speech, referred humorously to raising the 20 m.p.h. speed limit for heavy vehicles, and commented: "However, that is something 1 have yet to do."
