Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

After the striking success of the mechanical horse for transport in England, one would have thought that the Continent would have taken it up long ago, but a start has only just been made. This is due to the initiative of Major G. H. J. Hooghwinkel, 54, Avenue Marceau, Paris, 8, It was this gentleman who introduced into England the well-known Chenard and Wakker tractor.

In France the mechanical horse is now being manufactured under licence by Messrs. Chenard and Walcker FAR, and Was exhibited at' the Paris Motor Show. It will be shown at the Brussels Motor Exhibition, from January 10-20. and will be assembled at the port, where a direct steamer connection with London will enable such parts as engine blocks, back axles, frames, etc., to be brought from England, where they will be made by Multiw heelers (Commercial Vehicles), Ltd.
