Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Already offering one of the most comprehensive ranges of four and six-wheeled goods chassis manufactured in this country, Albion Motors, Ltd., Scotstoun, Glasgow, now announces a new 13-tonner. This has been introduced to bridge the gap between its existing 2-21-ton and 31-4-ton models, or, more correctly, between the smaller of these two and the 41-tonner, because the 31-4-ton chassis is a normal-control machine, whilst the new model and the 41-ton chassis both have forward control.

Having a gross-load capacity of 3i tons, the new Albion is offered in two wheelbase lengths, 10 ft. 9 ins. and 12 ft., the two models being designated, respectively, C.125 and CL.125. The longer has a body space of 13 ft. 1.0I ins., and the shorter 12 ft. 1 in., the frame height unladen being 2 ft. 8 ins. in both cases.

The equipment includes 32 by 6 truck tyres—twins at the rear—and Dewandre triple vacuum-servo brakes, Although standardized with a 3.39-litre fourE..ylindered petrol engine developing 45 b.h.p., the machine is also offered, at extra cost, with a Gardner 4-LK compression-ignition unit.

U.S. Exports Rise. The present year has witnessed an increased overseas demand for American commercial vehicles. In the nine months ended September last, 81,242 vans, lorries, buses and chassis, valued at £8,331,657, were exported from the United States, as compared with 73,657 units (£7,664,379) a year earlier.

The most popular vehicles are 20-30-cwt. machines, which were responsible for 53,980, or over 66 per cent, of the total.
