Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TRUCK DRIVER had a lucky escape after a missile was thrown through his windscreen—just a few miles from where another driver was killed in a similar attack.

The incident happened at 2.15pm on 25 July as the truck passed under a flyover on the A322 in Bagshot,Surrey.Driver Michael Little died when a brick was thrown through his windscreen in the same area in March 2003; his killer is now serving a six-year prison sentence.

PC Adrian Passmore says: "We cannot stress too strongly just how dangerous it is to throw objects from bridges and I would appeal to parents to impress upon their children the consequences of doing it.

"I would also urge parents to be more aware of what their children are up to during the day, especially during the summer holidays.

"We are now bringing more offenders to court to face justice and anyone caught throwing objects onto the motorway will be punished."
