Alter the conditions which a person suffering from epilepsy has to satisfy if s/he is to be granted a driving licence, The principal change is that the period during which s/he must have been free from attacks while awake is reduced from two years to one year. There are also as a result changes to the rules on those who have a history of sleep attacks.
