• The fourth South of England Scammell Road Run will be based at the Whitbread Hop Farm, Paddock Wood, Kent on 1516 October. The run starts at 10:00hrs and Scanunell owners can camp with their vehicles from Friday evening.

• Eighteen seminars to bring transport managers up to date with recent legislation and its implications are being held around the country by the Freight Transport Association between 12 October and 8 December.
