A SOMERSET haulier has been instrumental in obtaining a new Nissan minibus for his local Round Table.
Roger Meaden, chairman of the Somerton and District Round Table and proprietor of Meaden Transport of Charlton Mackrell, contacted Nissan UK after reading in CM June 16 that the company was donating 25 ER23 Urvans to charities.
The Somerset vehicle is being handed over later this month, and will be used by various charitable organisations, but mainly for the transport of handicapped children.
