TOWNSEND Thoresen has produced a plain man's guide to the regulations governing use of the new British Excursion Document which is replacing the no-passport identity card for passengers going on day trips to France.
Copies of the guide have been sent to coach operators and are available on request from Townsend Thoresen offices.
