Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Conlog UK has launched the UK's first range of alarm immobilisers with an integrated manual override facility in the transmitter and carrying Thatcham recognition.

These top-end systems, including the Conlog Eclipse and Elite, feature secure override systems for use in the event of power failure—a relatively common occurrence with battery-powered remote transmitters.

Previously seen by Thatcham as a weak link in security devices, manual override systems on non-recognised products rely on a key to de-activate them. Conlog says its system provides a foolproof answer to this problem and the results have satisfied Thatcham's test criteria.
