• Scottish LA Michael Betts has halved the authorisation on the licence held by IVIackay's Bulk Haulage, of lnvergordon, from 12 vehicles and 10 trailers to six vehicles and five trailers. The firm appeared before the LA at an Inverness disciplinary inquiry because of its poor maintenance record.
