• Ratcliff Tail Lifts has opened a national parts centre at Garforth, Leeds to back up its 50-plus UK service outlets and customers at home and abroad. The new site is designed to ensure immediate availability of over 6,000 items to guarantee the availability of genuine parts for all lifts made by Ratcliff over the past 10 years.
• In our test of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3080 (CM 7-13 March), we listed the Sprinter's basket of spare parts price at 2659. The correct price is £534.
