• Transport lawyer and Commercial Motor columnist Jonathan Lawton will put the case for fair rates for tipper operators in a debate at the Road Haulage Association's
Tipcon conference in Harrogate on 26 April. Lawton will be pitted against Andrew White from the Office of Fair Trading.
The following day speakers from the National Westminster Bank, accountant Ernst & Young, and RHA Financial Services will discuss funding a haulage business.
