1 and March 31 according to the Road Haulage Association's cost survey. Fuel and lubricants fell in price by 0.26%, but drivers' wages/ National Health Insurance/ subsistence were up by 1.47%; tyres, repairs arid maintenance increased by 0.58% and other costs rose by 0.97%.
