PERMANENT BAN • The Department of Transport has made permanent the experimental ban on traffic turning left into Twyford Abbey Road from the A406 (North Circular) Hanger Lane gyratory system.
The ban prohibits all but emergency vehicles from turning left into Twyford Abbey Road between 7am and 9.30am on weekdays, apart from bank holidays, and includes traffic emerging from Abbey Parade.
