Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ITALIAN BOUND • British Commercial Transport (BCT), the European groupage division of the Baxter Hoare group, and the Italian agent Salviatt & Santori Sri, are providing British and Italian shippers with a road/rail trailer groupage and full load service between the UK and Italy, utilising, where practicable, the French rail-based Kangarou piggyback system for the long-haul overland journey between Dunkirk and Milan.

BCT claims the Kangarou system saves around 24 hours in transit time, enabling both companies to offer departures in both directions on Friday afternoons, with arrivals the following Monday.

UK loading points for the service are at BCT's Erith, Manchester and Birmingham depots, and arrangements for shipments can be made at any of BCT's UK locations at Birmingham, Dover, Erith, Manchester, Sheerness or Southampton.

Further information about the service can be obtained from Graham Davies at Erith (03224) 33020. telex 896017.
