• Bodybuilder Besco Bodies has just bought Northamptonbased Barham Truck Bodies. The deal adds 1,579m2 of production facilities to Besco's 3,215m2 on the Weedon Road Industrial Estate in Northampton. Besco Bodies' managing director Donald Wilson has guaranteed employment for Barham's 14 production staff.
Barham already has orders on its books and will continue to trade under its own name, building vehicles for its own designs.
