Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Clydesdale was the only vehicle to have a constant-mesh gearbox. This was as easy to use as the synchromesh units fitted to the other vehicles, the unfamiliar driver quickly mastering the gear-shift technique. A pleasing feature of the Leyland was the quiet cab. At all engine loads and speeds it was quiet enough for normal conversation to be carried on across the cab.

All controls except those for tipping were nicely positioned for the driver. The tipping controls, located on the floor below the heater, were an uncomfortable stretch from the driver's seat. Also it is a bind to have to clear, before tipping, the tip/ hold/lower lever through its quadrant gate and release the trip which prevents accidental engagement of the control by the driver's or passenger's feet.
