Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

An up-to-date fuel depot was opened at. Cardiff a few days af,re by ShellMex, Ltd. A number of the Cardiff Corporation officials attended, and were shown the plant and store by the Cardiff divisional manager of the company, Mr. C. G. Swift.

Three large tanks, with storage capacity of 35,000 gallons, are placed underground for meter spirit and two under

ground storage tanks, with capacity of 17,500 gallons, for kerosene or paraffin. There is e kerosene barrel-filling shed equipped with gallon measuring plant. Two steam pumps are used to bring the Shell spirit from the storage tanks to the two-gallon tin and barrel fillers.

Overhead tanks are used for 'filling purposes in the case of spirit, and on its way to the fillers the spirit is filtered by passing through two very fine copper gaimes. A pure-spirit. spray is used for cleansing the two-gallon spirit tins handed in for filling. 'Die tin-filling plant is capable of dealing with 2,000 two-gallon cans per day. In addition, a special motor tank wagon, with a capacity of 750 gallons, is kept for the purpose of delivering in bulk to local users.
