• US-based Security Capital Industrial Trust (SCI), which bought Frigoscandia Group from Swedish transport operator ASG in January, has changed its name to ProLogis Group.

Nigh tspeed grows
• Express parcels carrier Nightspeed Services has moved its Manchester depot and Carlisle satellite operation into larger premises to cope with increased parcels volumes. The Manchester depot has moved to the Oakhill Trading Estate in Worsley; the Carlisle depot will operate from Milbourne Crescent and will cover Cumbria and Dumfries & Galloway.
