• The first five 'newgeneration' Mercedes-Benz 811D midi-coaches have been commissioned by Wings Luxury Travel of Hayes, Middlesex. The 23-seat T2s were converted by Robin Hood Vehicle Builders of Fareham, Hants.

Interior layout is to executive standard, with 16 of the seats, eight facing backwards, grouped around four tables. The 811 has a turbocharged 85kW, four-cylinder, four-litre 0M364 diesel engine and a geared maximum speed of 115km/h.
